DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

With a clean cloth, gently wipe the inside of your navel to remove lint.
Drop 5 droplets in and around your navel.
Massage the oil into the navel and surrounding area.

*We supply our remedies in bottles made from recycled glass, bamboo and rubber. Each bottle contains approximately 1000 drops. If used correctly this equates to approximately 200 applications that can last up to six months.
